Orders are shipped via the method chosen at the time the order was placed. Please note that all shipping times are in business days.
Any issues with the delivery of your order must be reported within 14 days of the ship date. BenSherman.co.za cannot be responsible for packages after that time.

WHAT IS OUR RETURN POLICY?
Most items purchased from bensherman.co.za may be exchanged or returned for a refund within the first 30 days of delivery.
Items purchased from bensherman.co.za can be returned to our Ben Sherman store (25 4th Avenue, Parkhurst, Johannesburg)
Items purchased from bensherman.co.za cannot be returned/exchanged from anĀ outside retailer, and vice versa.
If there are any issues with the delivery ofĀ anĀ order, such as non-deliveryĀ orĀ damage to products, bensherman.co.za must be notified withinĀ 14Ā days of the shipping date or we will be unable to assist with replacement or refund.
Returns received after the 30-day mark may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.
Please note for hygienic reasons we cannot accept return/exchanges of underwear, socks, swimwear
